The Kids of the Kingdom sing on the second Sunday of each month at the 10:30 a.m. service. From age three through high school, these youngsters bring enthusiasm for their love of God. They also perform special programs at Easter and at Christmas through the direction of their Sunday School teachers and the Called by Grace singers.
Called by Grace singers began practicing together in the summer of 2017. Now they lead the children in learning new camp and Christian songs at the opening to Sunday School each week. They also play their guitar music and songs during Worship services. They practice on Wednesday evenings from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Children’s Sunday School classroom. The Zion Gospel Singers (ZGS) under the direction of Rhonda Behrends began singing together in the summer of 2017. Their specialty is Gospel music performed a cappella in front of the congregation. Their music is rhythmic and tow-tapping and always brings energy to the Worship service.
The Men’s Choir has been a part of Zion for decades. They perform a cappella several Sundays a month -sometimes in German. They are under the direction of Ray Salinas and practice on Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m.
