Community Garden

As we are planning this new ministry, we are looking for more volunteers. The mission of the community garden is to be a place for anyone to be involved in growing fresh produce for sustaining health and well-being. Produce may be kept by the gardeners, given to the Fredericksburg Food Pantry, or offered at church for a donation to the Pantry.

If you would like to help in the garden and/or are willing to donate materials for it, let Arleen Crenwelge, Neal Burnham, or Pr. Jonathan know. Donations are also accepted.

Update for June –

We now have a regular garden workday each Thursday at 8:30am. You can help just one time, periodically, or regularly. You may also go pull a weed, harvest produce, or say a prayer any time. We are following the city guidelines for watering based on Stage 4 restrictions. You can water “by hand” any day from 6-10 am or 6-10 pm.
