Former Pastor Reverend Ron Windecker

Pastor Ronald A. Windecker was born in Lockney, Texas and attended Texas Lutheran College. He is married to Deborah Tewes of Stockade, Texas. They have two sons, Kevin and Kody.

Pastor Windecker attended Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa and Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio. He has earned a Masters of Divinity Degree.

He has served at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Comfort for almost nine years and Beitel Memorial Lutheran Church in San Antonio for over 24 years. Pastor Windecker began his service to Zion on September 5, 2017, and presided over his last service with us on May 29th, 2022.
