Worship for Lent and Easter 2016

Zion Lutheran Church will hold Ash Wednesday worship services on February 10 at noon and at 7 pm with the imposition of ashes and Holy Communion. Each Wednesday in Lent there will be a worship service with Communion at 12 noon and 7 pm.  The theme for the Midweek worship is Living Lent. Each worship in this series focuses on a word to consider while living Lent as Easter people. During these six Wednesdays, we will reflect on the words: Ponder, Purpose, People, Proclaim, Praise and Pain.

The Sunday services are at 8 and 10:30 am and the sermons will be exploring our Worship life, “ Why We do what we do."

On Wednesdays, a light meal is served after the noon service and various meals will be served beginning at 6:00 pm. There will be no meals on Ash Wednesday.
