Pastor Linda Mosley

Pastor Linda Mosley will be serving Zion as interim pastor during this time between Called pastors.

Pastor Linda spent about thirty years in Public Education, as teacher, Educational Diagnostician, and in administration. She then attended the Lutheran Seminary Program in the Southwest, in Austin, through the TEEM program. TEEM, Theological Education for Emerging Ministries, is for second career pastors serving rural or minority ministry settings.

Serving Zion as pastor is Pastor Linda’s third time serving as an interim; last year she served Spirit in the Hills in Spicewood as they searched for a new pastor.

Pastor Linda’s husband, Bill, is also an ELCA pastor and currently serves First Lutheran in Burnet as their Interim Pastor. They live west of Llano, off highway 29, and raise goats and donkeys on their small ranch called Armadillo Acres. They retired to Llano four years ago after serving congregations in the Brenham/Columbus areas.

Their oldest daughter, Julie, and her family also live on the property. Their younger daughter, Renee, and her family live in Kerrville.  They have seven grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
